Over the last couple years, I have enjoyed working with Big Spoon Roasters to create product and lifestyle images for their brand. The Durham History Hub is opening soon in downtown Durham’s old bus station. On Sept 15th, they held a “Tools of the Trade” pop-up museum. I was asked to document the participants and their pieces to complement an upcoming multimedia piece for the museum created by CDS students.

We were assigned to capture a trio of photos over the Fourth of July break that had an Americana aspect to them. Unfortunately, it rained on Fourth of July- but I still caught a few shots at the Eno River Festival that same weekend and during the rain…
